Training activity
The Swedish Institute for Training and Development entrusts a leading national institution (organization) in the field of training and development, which contributes to enhancing the capabilities of workers in various business sectors (governmental and private), local administration and civil society organizations.
Based on the Institute’s belief that training is an investment that benefits the development of human resources and makes them more capable and efficient in managing institutions, and accordingly, the Institute issues a secondary annual plan for training programs to meet the needs of the administrative apparatus.
