Methods and Tools

In performing its duties, the Institute uses the following means:

  1. Organizing training and study courses and programs in the fields of planning, development, administrative development, and information technology, and granting certificates to those who pass them successfully.
  2. Studies and research procedures in the areas of development, administrative development, and information technologies
  3. Providing advisory services to the government sector, the business sector, local administration units and civil society organizations in the fields of planning, development, and information technology.
  4. Documenting, transferring, and disseminating knowledge at the internal and external levels (locally, regionally, and internationally).
  5. Cooperate with experts, specialists, advisory and training departments, and agencies locally, regionally, and internationally.
  6. Carry out any other activities that enable the institute to achieve its objectives
